buying high seas with paypal?

Does anyone know of a reputable site that sells the high seas upgrade with a paypal option? Everywhere Ive looks is either out or do not take paypal.

Ive heard a lot of ppl complaining about the service they have gotten from EA store though. I was planning on buying a couple 7th character slot codes as well but it seems that they dont even offer those anymore?
