Absolutely can prove it...they do NOT work at all.

It has already been addressed before, and I guess someone had verification from a dev in one of the irc chats a while ago that they know about it.

This was broken before the town hall. I spoke with QA during the event and confirmed they are aware and were planning to work the issue. I suspect it will be addressed once the High Seas booster content and its related issues stabilize.

I found that you can actually make a better overall setup with the folded steel 15% dci glasses, that do work.

Probably put it on the weapon since over all 30% HLD is a far lower intensity then 15% DCI.

I re-tested and confirmed the fix on TC1 just a moment ago.

I found the other head gear parts weren't really an option when trying to get the Dex/Stam for 180+.

Stats are better on the M&S, but I was able to get over 180 stam with the folded steel, and I'd rather have 15 dci than 30 hld, since you can put it on the weapon.
