Logged on UO for the first time in over a month to see the Halloween content:

1. Hellhound treat - over the span of 5 hours kept trying to check the vendor..no success...

2. Ancient Hellhound -Found one that someone else made, it lasted about 15 minutes...got a sash...doesnt do anything except turn me into a werewolf...which is kinda cool I guess =\

3. Tried the live event - Book of truth quest: Ok sounds cool, I grabbed a virtue set I had and I got --- A book of truth....oook AND it looks like the big ugly blue ones that we farmed before? ...

Well now I want to try the bane quest! Now I need 7500 reputation...yeesh thats gonna take awhile =\ *kills a meer* 3 reputation..... ONLY 3 per kill? And I need 7500? *sigh*

Such fond memories of halloween on UO...the test shard...grim reapers...magincia invasion... and now its this? Our halloween is sitting by a vendor, killing a hellhound that gives a useless sash and...oh and the new event that only people who farm 2.5k meer can do...cool

High Seas is the first UO expansion/booster Im not buying I dont have a fisher, the two new bosses are no reason for me to log on, boats are too time consuming with the cannons, loading, cleaning, firing...

Factions? Still broken - Bad bases, no incentive for sigs, points not balanced
Virtues? Still unfinished

I really could go on...This booster seems to have less content than the oldtime publishes used to.

I miss my UO

I like to have fun as well, but there is TONS of content already IN the game that needs to be completed instead of them releasing even more.

Opening up the rest of Ter Mur?
Finishing the virtues?
PvP Balance?
Reworking factions?
New Chaos + Order system? (This was supposed to come from the Platinum and Crimson Dragon fight)

Everything in High Seas should have been FREE. The content added is laughable, and in the old days would have been something given to us in a regular Publish.

I find it ironic that you would be stating that PvP needs to be balanced. Did you finally lose repeatedly to someone else's gimplate?
