new pumpkins

how does it work? do u need to have a character logged on in order for your named pumpkin to spawn, or just have a character created on the shard ?

Looks like logged in and I just picked up a Jack that had some other guys name on it that was running around. I yelled to him but he kept going. Oh well, his loss lol

Went and looked and only saw small pumpkins, Do the new ones from last year spawn with player names too?

In just about any field, as before. Please remove spawned pumpkins completely to allow for complete respawn.

My favorite method involves filling a horde minion and then releasing.

Jack o lanterns of both types seem to have about a one in fifty ratio. Further, character names and titles spawn in varying degrees of completeness as well.

The pumpkins spawn in all the fields ie Britain, Mooonglow, Yew, Haven.

If it is like the past years, you must get the pumpkins off the server or destroy them to get them to respawn.

If you have a necro the Horde Familiar comes in real handy, other wise get a beetle or packy and load them up and bring them to another server, ie Luna.

Don't just put them on the side of the field, they will decay at a slow rate.

I usually lure something in & kill it, to put pumpkins in. After a few minutes, the corpse will move slightly,meaning it'll hold a few more, then on to the next field (mark runes to the different fields)
