How come ? Why is it ?

I just logged onto Ches. shard to refresh a chr. and went wondering around for a bit.

Why is it and how come over there, the moment I hit Moonglow docks, there is an alchemist in bright robe, selling saltpeter for 8gp. per... So AGAIN I dart over to our piers and docks...........big fat nothing !! Ran around big new huge ships parked all over the place and in the way...in Moonglow etc. over there as I waved to the alchemists all selling saltpeter and for only 8gp. all over the place..over THERE !

Why are we always screwed over, even when we may pay for some new booster or expansion in that we never get what the other shards seem to get ... for whatever they pay for and stuff that they just get cuz they are ...the other shards like in game pretties, be it slow or fast they everything even that is not from boosters or expansions even, and we get not/nada nothing even for what is paid for many a times !!!

Ima loggin out, for today...ima feeling ....depressed, forgotten and screwed over, AGAIN ! *hugs poor ignored forgotten by EA Siege Perilous*...and logs OUT !!

The best source of Saltpeter will be by Mining.
As for the vendors, they will come soon enough for those who want to pay triple price.

Yahaxathonix made an interesting observation that mining will be the best source of saltpeter (though there are NPC's selling it on Siege). This makes mining a lucrative occupation here.
What, in my experience, make "here" so different from "there" is the societal nature of the game here. If we have fewer npc vendors, folks will be more apt to buy from player providers.
Now if they would just make lobster/crab traps craft-able *sighs*

I know I know !!! That does not prevent me from becoming angry or frustrated or depressed when I do go over there...and see they get pampered with everything or given attention to whatever is newly placed by EA in game to help THEM their other customers and us....big fat nothing many a time.

Wander over there ...npcs galore slapped up fast sellin salt peter on all the other docks that they said they would put em on, and we when I went lookin on Siege didn't even see them place ONE extra npc on our Moonglow pier or any of the other ones they said they would slap the alchemist sellin saltpeter upon...then suddenly now it is to be mined up...WHATEVER !

I logged OUT and did not even log back on till this morning just aggitated. . where some get last yrs. jackolanterns dyed up THIS year EMs fussin and doing parties and showin up and doing this and that and here........................................................................NADA big nothing !

Perhaps my problem is that many of my employment jobs over my many years of living have been ... in customer service and I will brazenly admit I was excellent at customer service, where when I did customer service over the yrs....I would not let even 1% of our customer base ever be left unhappy nor feel maltreated or ignored, if there was something we could do to remedy their issues then I/we DID IT !

And we treated em all 200% fairly whether they were a tiny customer/s spending not much, or a wealthy customer/s spend and buy all the time with us as our customer...we treated em all like their dollars spent with us, happily being our customer should matter to us, be they 2% or 98 % of our customer base... And that their customer contentment was tantamount to us...keepin OUR JOBS ! And I am still that way, even as a retiree...customer service to me would always be JOB ONE or we have no jobs !

But then I am still trying to figure out the giant Ice cream cone and neon foot warmers in the Luna bank over there, which makes me FLEE back here..and all the other goodies placed by EMs over there like guilds & town connection depos over there...that we lack here.

Not that I want a giant ice cream cone nor neon foot warmers, in OUR luna bank..but tis just another one of those twilight zoney disneylander things I see which they do get we do not, that I do not quite fathom over there...nor would want but it shows the extra special time and attention some get over there ...compared to this shard, here which gets about 0% even if we are only 2% be nice if we were then shown at least 2% of some effort for us for something be it one saltpeter npc to show on our Moonglow dock or something some time.


I LIKE IT HERE...my apologies for ...seeing what the OTHER customer base does get ...that we may not ever...and I do not mean that which would make Siege like them...over there on other shards...

I just mean...I wish so badly that we got the attention some anyhow, that I feel that our tiny SIEGE customer base does deserve !

AND I GET FRUSTRATED AND DO LOG OUT entirely sometimes for DAYS...when I see... what sometimes to me feels like unjust inequality I guess as I call it or see it or feel it, & when I do...tis best if I just log OUT and go mope alone !

AH well one can DREAM or hope for SIEGE... can't one !! ??

Also still only one vendor on Lake Austin, last I saw.

As for mining, good luck. I've been out mining dungeons and on a boat for hours, have 105 mining skill and over 400 luck. Several thousand ingots later, not a scrap of nitre to mine for saltpeter.
