I wouldnt take the risk of buying said animal and dont be surprised the next time you go to take it out of the stables that it has been reverted to its natural color.
The Dev has said in the past this is a fluke and is considered a bugged item.
You need to report it as a good citizen and have it fixed.

ok thanks, i've had this drag over a year and i'm pretty sure they now about it.... i just had it out of the stable it is still same colour, thanks!

Can you imagine his face when someone offers 500 Mil for the dragon, he takes it out of the stables and it isn't purple any more?

hehe exactly my point. The dev read this forum kitten... Colored pets was ruled out.. I liked the idea dont get me wrong.. i had a bugged Blue Greater for 3 days i told the gms about it and was told Had I not reported it I was subject to a banning if it was seen and not reported.
