Patch wont go through

Using the same UO shortcut i always use and end up getting this message:

Error applying patch
Error during session
Your client may not be the most recent version.
You may be able to play the game with your current client.
Check Mythic Entertainment | Ultima Online | Play the 14-Day Free Trial! for help on resolving patching issues.
Click OK to play the game or Cancel to abort.

Ideas?

Ran as Aministrator?

Also there used to be that patch folder that you had to go in and delete all the files out of and retry the patching process. But I am on Vista and did not have to run as admin to patch.

I had this same problem, The only thing that worked from me was a complete re-download and re-install of the client.

Deleted the most recent patches and ran again under administrator got this message:

I really don't want to reinstall it again. Are there any other ways? It worked before the booster patch came out.

I'm having the same problem. I haven't been able to log in for days because of this patch issue. Can someone please break down exactly what needs to be done to correct this? Some of us are not so computer savvy and would just like to log in again....

Thanks Xenobia. So far, right-clicking on UOPatch.exe --> Run as Administrator is working for me.

Well, after some copying, deleting, and downloading client x2 it finally works.
