Uoguide has the fish pies listed. They look pretty useful to me. 5 minutes of buffs is much better than the lousy few seconds those prized fish used to give.

Definitely agree that some of the new buffs look useful, and 5 minutes is surely a useful duration. However, based on what I've learned about fishing (been doing it for a couple hours now), I wouldn't count on having a consistent supply of these for your PvP needs.
The process of getting the special fish needed for these buff pies seems to be as follows. Start by doing normal fishing quests where one of the rewards is bait to catch special fish. Catch 10 of the fish in question (not that easy because there are so many different types now) Sail all over Sosaria delivering fish to docks in various cities. Get a random reward bait to catch special fish (1/16 chance to get what you want I guess). Catch the special fish. Make the pie.
Yeah, someone will probably figure out a way to script them out by the ton in a few days, but from what I can see now, an active fisherman/cook can't hope to make more than maybe 5 of these things a day. Not really enough to count on as a reliable pvp resource.
I certainly don't think you can count on them as a normal resource like potions or apples. More like blackrock stew for bane dragons. Yeah, I think it's available, but does anyone actually use the stuff? Unfortunately...

The prized fish now buff you 10 skill points for 100 sec. The big question I still need to find, (due to they are cuaght less now) "will they stack?"
They didn't stack on the test shard.

Actually, my testing indicates the prized fish, and the other two types that give stat buffs, give GM-eval intensity versions of Strength, Agility and Cunning -
Which amounts to a 11% bonus (rounding of the extra stats may cause it to display 10%), for 126 seconds.
im wonderin if lets say the HP regen fish pie affect would stack with suit HP regen AND/OR the hp surge shield affect *ponders the fast heal possibity*
You don't need the baits to catch the special fish to make the pies. So far today I've caught
Reaper Fish
Autumn Dragonfish
Yellowtail Barracuda
And didn't have bait for any of em. All the bait does is give you a better chance of catching them. Oh, and they're location specific - have fun with that one, chaps
