I agree, I dont know how many times I have lost track of them because (in EC) you just can't see them. Nor anything dark.

As far as I know nothing works on them... which I agree is a shame because yes they are very hard to see.

Just tried tokuno dyes.. no luck. (works on Obsidian Earrings though, which are also impossible to see).

Let us make a list of these undyable items so that they can fix them at once. I know Night Eyes cannot be dyed too. Anyone knows any other item?

All non-replica talismans cannot be dyed. I would love to dye my vermin slayer talisman to match my suit, but nothing I've tried will dye it.

I think there's a reason they like it dark, kinda like they do in cheap seedy bars, to hide the crap and mess, and in this case, artwork. If they don't have to come back and touch up errors, edges and other mis-draws, it saves a Lot of time, thus saving costs. I wouldn't look for them to revisit artwork anytime soon, because if they do brighten things up, they will have to do exactly that, and it's very time consuming. been there, done that

Nocturne earrings use the same graphic as a regular earring. The regular one can be dyed. Same as night eyes, brightsight lenses use the same glasses graphic which can be dyed. Artifact or reward talsimans can be dyed too. So, these are items that share the same graphic with the ones that can be dyed.

This is not about re-touching graphics, its just about setting the dyeable flag on these items to true.

I hear Tangle can't be dyed/stained/pigmented
Tangle can be dyed. But once you dye it, you can't return it back to the original two-tone hue though, so think twice before dyeing it (learned that the hard way).

As for the earrings, I think it was probably a bug or just an oversight that prevents them from being dyeable. The snakeskin boots from the same event couldn't be dyed either in the beginning, but they fixed it at some point. The fix wasn't retroactive though; if you got the boots before the fix, those still can't be dyed.

The earrings of protection that can be bought from uogamecodes can by dyed, by the way (with stains, but Tokuno dyes won't work). And it's odd that the earrings of protection can be dyed, given the fact that their original colors indicate what type of protection they provide (green for posion, purple for energy, etc).

And while many talismans can be dyed, the Slither and Conjurer's Trinket can't (just tried both). There doesn't seem to be a consistent method for deciding what's dyeable on the devs part.
