Needv help to mark some runes

Im building a runlibrary and im trying to mark runes for lockpicking.

telekinesis dosent work on SP (noticed that ) and i need a rune marked inside trin bank where L3-4 chests are.

Nisse are you refering to the Brit branch in the north corner? I could'nt get in there either and I tried any suggestions folks ? Lucius[GIL] might have a rune for it. I'll ask him keep the faith.

My lockpicking rune book consists of all the docks, and the Vesper bank vault, where I trained my lockpicking.

it probably would be more helpful to just provide a few chests on different level for people to train it up.
