It seems there is some confusion regarding the transfer of Livery Quest recommendations.
At the Hall of Commons it was stated:
"Also You can do all 11 quests And transfer your recommendations to other townships. For example If PaxLair City is able to do all 11, they only need 5 Well ten at this point They could transfer those extras To some smaller townships"
It was asked of me if it was possible to transfer the recommendations one month down the road. The answer to that is no. What is meant by the transfer of recommendations is that any person (or group of people) who completes the task for any given Livery quest can transfer it to whomever they wish.
It was pointed out that this makes the entire "Livery Coalition" a moot point. I don't quite understand what has changed. If Township A is able to complete the five required quests while there are still six left they can still wish to participate and any recommendation they are awarded after they have their five may be transferred to any township they wish.
