Event related to Compassion Sage?

I know that compassion sage is used for gaining in compassion virtue. But the event announcer at luna keeps repeating that queen dawn is asking people to get compassion sage off controllers in Ilshenar. Could it be that we'll be able to turn these in for prizes? I'm just wondering why the event announcer would say this.

the announcements from town cryers is probably just left over from the EM event for the item. It was mainly to give a RP role for the potion, where in it cures nightmares. Doubt it will have any other purpose other than a quick shot of compassion.
