Items from [Reknowned] Mobs...

I have been working the spawns and getting these to come on out and been killing them solo and I have never ever not once in 2 months received a single item besides gears and ML gems. Is this just my bad luck or is the drop rate horrid like this for everyone?


At least I get tons of imbuing ingredients but, ya know.

What are other peoples experiences with this?

The drop rates vary sometimes ill get 2 items in same day and sometimes no items in 2 days. I like a lower drop rate so the market doesnt get flooded with items!

The drops that I've gotten have spawned on the ground. Are you looking carefully on the ground for artifacts after the death of the renowned?

I've never found anything on the ground. Renowned I've got drops from always spawned on the corpse without any messages, bosses like Navery drop into your backpack and you get a message that something was placed into your backpack.

I'm going to have to start searching around a bit.

I work the abyss daily. Probably killed 500+ renowneds. So far I have received about 10 items. I would guess the drop rate is 1/50 to 1/100. BTW did you know that you can get masks (like halloween masks) as a drop too?

Yeah, I was surprised when I saw this, too. I picked up breastplate of the berserker at the acid champ and obsidian earrings at the goblin champ.

Strange, I have gotten 6 items total off of renowneds in the Abyss and all of them I had to loot off the body of the critter. I have seen items on the ground at the Ancient Lich champ spawn tho. Thanks for the heads up, I will have to start looking closer all over now.

They are on the corpse, but I think they CAN spawn on the ground. Or they used to be able to anyway. As for thier rarity, are you doing one spawn most of the time? Cause a few of them are very very very rare drops, like the Ratmen, and the Fairy Dragon spawn.

Just a follow up, I finally got an arti!. Insane Tinker legs off the wyvern after about the 90th kill and it was on the actual corpse in case anyone wanted to know. The power of complaining is awesome!

Well then it must be a miracle because I just got another set off the Devourer of Souls lol

Yes indeed. I thought they only dropped from the Wyvern but apparently I was wrong. So yes I actually got 2 pairs of tinkers legs about an hour apart.

I found an arti on the ground once near the Fire Demon close to the Pixie.

That I think is about the only one I've ever gotten down there....

I think they changed them from spawning on the ground to spawning on the renown champ a while back. Correct me if I am wrong. I used to find them on the ground then they started spawning on the body of the champs. Since I loot almost anything thats how I been getting them off the bodies anymore.
