Using Momentum Strike to Train Bushido

My question is this. Where can you find a really good crowd of low level spawn to train using momentum strike. Undead, demon and Oaks spawns tend to be a bit fierce for new characters unless you are really well geared, and vermin spawns destroy weapons, any other suggestions?

I think I answered my own question - Rikktor spawn.

My favorites:
Fan Dancers in fan dancer dojo
The Citadel in the long passage
Yomotsu mines, pick any place with two yomotsu warriors.

The disadvantage of those places is you really need GM or higher weapon skill to train there. The advantage is that all of the monsters you meet have a lot of hit points and spawn pretty much instantly.

I suppose the goblin mini-spawn would also be good if you have GM or higher weapon skill. As would Troglodytes, but they tend to die too quickly, leaving you with a lot of one on one time with the trogs.

The sleeping dragon spawn is only good as far as level 1. Level 2 destroys your armor.

If you're a sampire (immune to poison lvls 1-4) the arachnid spawn lvl 1-2 is great also for valor/bush/training gains

Tokuno champ spawn - lots of lizard men and beetles. When the level gets too much, just leave and come back.

I always trained bushido up to 100 on a pet rabbit while unguilded using endless lightning strikes. Once I hit 100, I started my weapons training which included more LS. At 100 weapon skill, I hit the Yamotsu Mines. I start with the dull copper and earth elemental spawn until about 103-104 swords, and then move in farther to the warriors. If I LS everything constantly, when I hit 120 weapon on the warriors you'll be about 115-117 bushido. Then I usually gain the last 3 points or so on Miasma, Navrey, or just by GGS. I've never tried using momentum strike for training.

Excellent! I had forgotten about that! Sometimes you just gotta ask!

I'm trying to do this as fast as possible. I'm up to 117 swords and 110 bushido training on my golem, but bushido really is crawling, which was why I asked this question. In the time it's taken me to go from 50 - 117 swords, my bushido has gone from 93 (I had it stoned from an old character) to 110.

Just thought I'd post back. Training with momentum strike at the Sleeping Dragon champ spawn is by far the fastest method for training bushido over 110 that I've found so far. Much faster and less tedious than blue training with lightning strike if you aren't going to do it afk.

i used the cave of discarded slaying ratmen ... there are tons of it each with a lot of hps ... they dont hit hard and needs a while to kill when you minimize your damage output ... so just stand there and mom. strike .. if one spawn is finihes move to the next one .... even chance to get an arty and tons of imbue regs ... was perfect for me. skill raised quickly imho, but thats relative

Ya, actually that is a very good idea.

I've always found using LS in the Yomotsu Mines to be the fastest method. With near instant respawn you have non-stop targets. Starting at 90ish weapon skill and 100 Bushido, both skills will hit 120 at about the same time. You will also not need to be running around to chase new targets and don't have to stop because the champ spawn level has changed, or in the case of the CoD, you run out of ratmen.
