yes their good for that + they give you relic frags with unraveling them when u make certain items.

With imbueing i would think a valorite hammer would be pretty useless now since you don't actually want to get items with five properties, the odds of getting the exact five you are after would be next to impossible and much easier through imbuing? 3500 relic fragments is very nice but as for winning U.O? That is a rather subjective view

I got the hammer before SA, so at the time there was a lot of discussion about what I should do with it (it ended up on display at The Port and it is now in my bank box). I retired from bods shortly after getting the hammer, and really haven't play SA so I have no idea how runics have been affected by imbuing.

I don't really think I won uo. I was just busting Soulweaver's stones.
