Treasure Maps possible bug

Just for testing I did 20 level 1 and 2 Tmaps with my mage on Europa. I've got 4 new Tmaps but the same level not one level higher as stated on http://www.uoherald.com/news/news.php?newsid=1076

Is this a bug or I'm doing something wrong? All maps i tested was looted after the changes (no old maps).

I read somewhere it was a 10% chance it will be 1 lvl higher.

"Chance the chest will contain a Treasure chest map one level higher"

20% to drop a new map from your results.

10% chance the map will be 1 higher, so from your results you got unlicky as its a 20% chance it will be 1 higher, 50 chests and you should get one that is 1 lvl higher.

Im just going off mine and there results [maybe i got the calculations wrong], they got 4 maps out of 20 chests i have 17 out of 80 chests. he recieved 0 maps that where 1 higher, iv had 4 of the same lvl as im doing 6th] i read somewhere it was a 10% chance for it to be one lvl higher [might not have been the devs but a thread i read from test reported it] "Chance the chest will contain a Treasure chest map one level higher" So 2% chance at a map will spawn and that it will 1 lvl higher sounds about right to me, no?

It's not particularly bullying to demand the truth.

He didn't have a dev post backing up his quoted percentages, thus it is only based on tested data and unknown anecdotes, and thus, suspect.

QED.

I guess bullying has been redefined to "demanding truth in posting and not just accepting whatever people say."

I've gotten both the same level and one level higher in about 3-1 odds but I haven't done a large enough sample for that ratio to stick.
