Gathering of the Guilds 2010

Tennative: Saturday, July 10th?
Location: Empathy Abbey, Yew
Time: 1p.m. EST (12 p.m. Central) to 4 p.m. EST(3 p.m. Central)? Etimates based on previous years 3 to 5 hour event.

The EM's Mesanna and Elizabella have responded and stated they would assist with a game wide open to everyone event..

Right Now FCB is looking to host with MOA and whomever else would like to help us get this going.

As you know we have done this event every year and it is usually lots of fun. The point of the whole thing is to get players to meet the respective guilds and their members. You can look for a new guild, chat with an ally or enemy or maybe just hang out and have some fun. Anything that gets the shard together at one time works for me.

Please let us know if you wish your guild to have a booth and or help us get this thing setup and rolling.

Sorry for the late reply some issues have arisen with the dates we have suggested.
In light of this we would like to suggest a date change of July 24th Starting at 4 eastern .
I know it’s not much notice but many of you have expressed concerns with this upcoming weekend and we would be best serviced getting as many guilds and staff there to make it the best event for the shard .
Hopefully this date will work for everyone . Please respond with your availability and we will try to get this firmed up ASAP !

Final Confirmation

The Gathering of the Guilds will be going forward as planned Saturday July 24th at 3 Pm eastern . We anticipate this to be at least a 3 hour event but of course this will be subject to the masses .
Each guild that confirms by Friday will be given a table(booth) and have their guilds listed on the roster for the day’s event.

We are anticipating EM's providing some assistance if they are gracious enough in the form of gates and table setups , otherwise FCB and whomever else will volunteer will run gates and such. I will be on hand early to make sure everyone gets situated properly and we get this thing going right . In the past years guilds have recruited in many ways including gift bags , books with guild info or just other types of antics to draw the populace
