It's very pretty. 
Don't deal with water much in my designs, but it looks nice. I'd add some deco such as plants or rocks to overlap the water lines.
Yeah, it is tough to get a diagonal line with floor tiles that looks natural. I usually do the water as regular floor tile first, then place plants and rocks to the southeast of where I want them to end up, then raise everything after the water is in. And then realize I screwed up a couple areas and have to go back into custom mode, etc.
