Hello!
I wanted to share a small glitch that I found today that is affecting old liquor/wine/ale bottle graphic items. Instead of displaying their proper name, they are labeled "A Bottle".
The two items that I've noticed so far are:
- Pink champagne bottles from 1999-2000 Valentines Day. Should read "A Bottle of Pink Champagne" Both the "pink" version of this item and the "purple" version are affected:
- Serpent Cross Tavern wine that was IGM created for the SCT's one year anniversary the Atlantic shard around 1998. They should read "A Bottle Of Special SCT One Year Anniversary Vintage".
Two bottles that I have seen this on are one in my possession that I was given by the original owner of the SCT in 2003 (left pic), and one that is owned by GreyPawn of Atlantic and has been on display in the Moonglow Town Council HQ for quite some time now (right pic):
I imagine that it may have something to do with the newly added decanter of endless water and the coding involved with that? plus the items in question being so old, of course. I checked various rare museums and all of the post-AoS EM created wine/liquor/ale bottles are labeled properly, as is the Harvest Wine and Cider.
I recall a similar problem that occurred around 2004. I believe the explanation was something to do with the age of the items. Something like "the items remember what they are, but they just do not display it properly."
I realize something like this isn't a top notch priority, but I just wanted to make someone aware of it.
Thanks for reading!
Edit: I have also confirmed this with several other people who have noticed the same thing. I am also patched to the latest version.
