The DV need to fix the mechanic of the game because this is effecting all the player. For some people this is a family game but Right now the DV seating on it and do nothing. The more you are dis-honest the more you can get away with. We find the Guy that hide the bane today, we ask him to recall out but he say no. So put the same mechanist of the renouwed that when a Bane get tame and it not leaving the server or sub-server. make a new appear anyway. this way ppl wont rune other game play and time.

I'm watching closely for any kind of official response or lack of response to the complaints about this stupidity, and I'm someone who actually owns a couple of the bane dragons tamed on shards where guildmates and I had good timing, I guess. I've never sold a pet in-game yet and have no intentions of starting, so this isn't about someone interfering with my ability to "make a profit" in UO. Nope, it's about EA designing a brand-new situation that they could be pretty darn sure would lead to griefing and then deliberately sticking their head in the sand and ignoring the inevitable fallout. I'm tired of paying for people to get their jollies being anonomyous psychopathic bullies. I refuse to be an enabler for that kind of behavior.

Maybe as the story arc moves along they will spawn in other locations like the did with the dreadmares, otherwise it is pretty poor planning on the devs part by basically saying that unless you have SA and a blue tamer your pretty much at the mercy of the sellers.

Last nite I was until 3am and watched dr $$$$ grief peeps all nite woke uo this morning peeps were taking turns training them then dr $$$$ showed up and wouldn't let anyone tame any he trys to get 1 and sits on it all day so know else can. its amazing 1 person can be allowed to grief so many the devs need to fix this b4 the weekend its easy after 1 is tame a new will spawn

I'll never understand those whose entire objective in game is to ruin other people's fun. This folks is exactly why we got Trammel - to "trammel" the actions of a few like these.

I'm thinking the simple solution is to make it so that as soon as a creature is tamed another will respawn. I'm sure this will have unforeseen consequences as well, but hopefully not as serious as what is going on right now.

Wednesday night, I went to get a Bane Dragon. There were 3 others down there all taking turns...killing the weaker Banes, waiting on the stronger, more desirable ones to spawn. Once a decent one spawned, who's ever turn it was, tamed it and recalled out...NEXT. It went very smooth and everyone was being polite, healing/curing each other, bit of chatting going on, even helpful hints as to what a "Good" Bane Dragons stats would be, what would make them more desirable, etc. It was actually quite fun being down there with such nice people. ZKV, CD, GoL (me), and 1 no-tagger. Guess I got lucky.

I know a guildie has had trouble with a griefer, but most folks are nice and polite and help each other out. I've never played on any other shard and don't intend to

This is why you need separate PvM only and PvP only shards. You have have less bored or greedy people griefing others.

trouble is, this guy and his guild prolly wouldnt hang on a pvp shard, from what i ve heard theyre not doing to well as stand up individuals on pac.

Please don't promote that agenda here, it's not relevant. These are not pvp players. Nor are they pvm players actually. A divide between the two playstyles would have no impact at all.
In my personal opinion they are not 'players' at all, they are vandals.
