Can u attain 2/6 casting without the use of artifcacts?
Not sure exactly what you're asking, but FC is capped @ 2 for magery and 4 for chivalry, I think. And I believe FCR is always capped @ *six*. As for getting that without artifacts, you can get a 1/3 bracelet and and a 1/3 ring and be @ 2/6.
FCR is capped at 6. If you have under 70 magery FC for chiv spellweaving and maybe necro is 4. If you have 70 or higher magery theFC cap drops to 2.
PS: Protection lowers your FC cap by 2 not just your FC.

Yes, if for example you have two 1/3 jewels, which are nowhere near as rare as they once were.
