What the hells up with the Doom artifact drops? I recently just started soloing them and have done between 10-15 full gauntlets. I haven't received an artifact yet. Is that normal?

At 10 full gauntlet runs that's a minimum of 60 champions slain. What the flip is going on. I was all excited that I could finally do it easily on my own, and I'm very disappointed

I renounced to try get something months ago, because the only way to get something is to have lot of luck or doing 50+ gautlets...

Went a few months back with my guild, 2 partys, like 12 people, I got 3 drops, someone else got 2. Nobody else got anything. Worked well for me . What template are you using for your solo runs? I was using a Mage/Mystic/Weaver for our group hunt. Other guy that got 2 drops was using a Tamer/Weaver/Mage. But of course, we got the junk arties lol. No AoF or Orny for us .

Yeah, I tried soloing Doom about 2 weeks ago and couldn't get ****, was in there long enough for my armor and both of my weapons to get real close to 0 durability.

for what I saw in new peerless, doom, etc... the more you are and higher are the chance to get an arty.
For example: when I solo the stygian dragon I got 1 arty every 2-3, if I go with 1 friend I get 1 arty every 1-2, If I go with 2 friends, at least one of us get always an arty...
My theory is that: probably the entire artifact drop system is based not only on the luck but even in the number of person in the area...

I think the only reason you seem to get more drops is because there are more people there getting the RNG rolls...

I'm going with your basic Sampire setup... No need to go into details about that. Takes about 30 minutes front start to finish. I figured with the new "arty point" system it would be more beneficial to go by yourself to get the max points distributed from the champions. I'll give it another go this weekend and see what happens I guess.

no ive gone with my 2k plus luck suit on my SW tamer and do just as many rounds solo as i do with my sampire before i get an arty......sometimes ill see an arty with the tamer 3 or 4 rounds sooner than with my sampire, but in my opinion luck doesnt do anything that phenominal....you'd be better off on a sampire and getting ur luck from perfection....takes so much longer on a tamer. Takes 45-50 min solo on my SW tamer......takes 20-25 min to do a round on my sampire(Yes this includes the DF)

Same experience here. Went round 10 times solo and got no artifact. Other times when lots in there i've got an artifact every 3 or 4 rounds when prob not even top attacker.

probably the devs has reduced the chance to get an arty if you do something in solo. This should encourage party hunting, but if they have done it, is surely an hidden initiative from some publish ago :|

some of us like to be bad a** and do stuff solo.....i dont like sharing peerless runs.....the way the loot is split isnt good at all.....id rather do solo then with party and get one blight or one muculent no thx

Well on ML peerless, it's definitely best to do solo. Doom and SA bosses seem like they have much higher drop rates with a group.

I spent three weeks in Doom with my tamer and did well over 50 runs without a single drop. Finally got frustrated and left.
