your only suppose to have 1 house, thats it. For my single char I have 2 houses for the last 5-6 months.

Becareful with that once they see it on your account one will be decaying randomally.... Unless you get real lucky

I have the house menu but all the actions are greyed out. it says it is condemmed but the sign just says it is slightly worn. been saying that for last 5 months.

This is skylarks old house so perhaps a gm did something to it to keep it from falling

When I count houses, I record the following.
Sextant coordinates, and the name of the owner.

Owners of houses do not put their character names on the
post sign, very few do if at all.
Many leave it blank...

It is understandable that some people prefer to keep the
owner unknown.

hmm... co-owner would stop it...but the house should be checked out for
hidden items that prevent the IDOC... like a vendor owned by someone else.
