Instant Damage Items

I'm trying to compile a list of all items that you can use (double click) and target a different player to cause instant damage (regardless of the amount of damage caused).

Things I wouldn't include is anything that has a delay (like a wand, explode pots).

Here is what I have so far:

Spell Trigger
Supernova Potions
Conflag Potions
Shuriken / Fukiya (only 1 dmg, more if psn ticks)

Someone mentioned to me there is a gem that you can get from Primeval Lich spawns that does magic arrow type damage. I forget what they are called though. Is there anything else that I'm missing?

**Edit - I found one, they are called Soul Gems. The one I used did 6 damage. Not sure if damage is eval based.

Why aren't you including Lightning wands? Lightning is an instant hit spell.
and shuriken aren't instant, they travel slowly.

Will think about this more later...

Should have clarified, by instant I mean I double click it and target it right away. Lightning wands have a casting time. Conflags are slightly delayed too, but I double click and target right away.

Shurikens I dbl click and target instantly.

He's tweaking his ninja/stealth/bushy/spell plaguer.

Lynk only plays stealthers now because all of his mage variants are obsolete.

Nonsense, I play a stealther when none of the people that I play with are online.

Don't be a hater Saint. I'm sure you'll try to copy my build in the near future, you always do. But you're never quite as good at it as I am.

Well fire horn needs a ton of skill investment to optimize damage.

Hm, would rapid-succession damage work for spell plague? such as double strike/hit spells?

I know it's tram ruleset, but I am curious if the Slasher's "Magic Rubble" could be used on a player (guild/ally). Something to test sometime.

Don't think so, and they have a 60 second timer.

You need bard skills for a firehorn to work.
The soul gems from the primeval lich spawn are a click and shoot item but the damage is negligable.
Shuriken work better than fukiya.

Spell plague has a delay in between procs so in 1 double shot it can only proc once even if double of your shots landed + 2 velocity + 2 lighting hits.

You can thrrow it on your guildies and it will have a rock animation flying to them but it doesn't do dmg nor does it consume the blue rock.

Would you include anything area effect like off a weapon? You can always disarm a player and use them as instant 100% hit fodder with a taskmaster/serps fang to instantly deal damage to everyone around.

Mystic-alchemist-bard. Spell Plague, discord mastery, conflag pot (with alch+EP), boulder throw from spell trigger.

what about soul gems you get from doing the undead spawn. I know those are fast, but i don't know if they are instant (i think you can do magic arrow type damage with them to another player)
