Gargoyle Bug or Char Bug

I know it sounds like an RNG problem, but i'm not so sure of it.

My Gargoyle in a mage fight gets poisoned almost everytime, probably 4 outa 5 with 120 resist.

Has anyone else experienced that?

It is almost like his resist is acting like its permanently in protection, i tried just casting protection a ton of times, but still get the same thing.

Compared to my human mages with 120 resist, it is far worse.

Cetric, did you notice anything out of the ordinary when you trained up resisting spells on that character, or did you soulstone the skill to the character or convert it to a gargoyle after the character was already trained?

If i remember correctly the character was converted from a human, but im not positive if i had resist stoned off at the time or not, as right before this char became what it is, it bounced between several templates.

That just gave me a thought though, should try stoning off the skill
