Aint the one you buy from web site with charges, and the one from vet rewards without charges?

The purchasable ones use gate travel scrolls (1 scroll = 5 charges) to make them work, the vet rewards don't need 'refueling'.

Instead of waiting until December to be elgible and/or paying crazy price for vet reward set, I bought two pair from UoGamecodes for either 5 or 10 bucks each.
Dropped 50 gate scrolls on them and they are good for 250 trips, once they are used up just scibe some more! Quite happy with them
