Please allow minor customization to keeps and castles. I understand why major stuff is prohibited, but why on earth can we not place teleporters and floor tiles, plus many other small stuff that won't effect the outside look and size of the place.

Agreed, this is actually an issue for all classic houses, not just keeps and castles. All of my homes in Felucca are classic style and therefor can't have house teleporting tiles :(

I believe adding doors, and teleporters to Castles, Keeps and the old style homes, is a good idea..... And you should be able to do that with a limited "custom" menu.


As far as Castles and Keeps are concerned... I think it is BEYOND time that Castle and Keep owners were given "choices" to change to... Instead of a "full" custom mode something that changed the building without changing it's footprint... These buildings are in despirate need up updating....

Also... I think it's beyond time that the owners of these buildings be allowed to do SOMETHING with the wasted space they currently have that they can't use.

Being able to at least have a door into the grassy areas of a keep would be nice you could at least park pets in there... If it's a door you could also put things in there that don't decay and keep it "locked" without having to make the entire keep private....

As for the castle... It would be nice to put some doors in so you can "seal off" access to say... the inner stronghold.... Being able to put up a few walls and doors in the existing openings would be benificial... I've already filled in some with rubble walls but it looks rather silly with the sandstone walls in there.

Sounds doable if they did that in deedform. Else might be too much work.

Vlad of [HOME] has teleport tiles in his castle that bring you from the front steps to the main hall.

What tiles are we talking about?

There is a difference between the vet teleport tiles and the house teleport tiles from house customization.

Yes, if I'm not mistaken, you have only the lockdown limit of the castle/keep for the amount of teleporter tiles you can lock down in your castle/keep.

Customized houses up to 18*18 however are limited to only 12 teleporter tiles plus the allowed number of lockdowns for teleporter tiles.

It's highly unlikely anyone would want to put so many house teleporter tiles in, I think just having one for the central roof and four corners should be enough for just about anybody. Maybe one or two extra to get around the sides faster, but no more than 10 teleporter tiles should be needed for a castle.

Perhaps players would build a teleporter library for houses on a shard, but I think a rune library would be better and easier to maintain.

Allow usage of grassy areas in castles as if it was hosue!!! ie-let us lock stuff donw in the grassy area and deco it like we want. now that would be better than any teleporter tiles or doors.

Also, Flamestrikes are the spell with the most serious detrimental impact on Shard Warming. BAN FLAMESTRIKES.

You forgot to mention that the shoreline of ice isle is receding by nearly half an inch per day due to melting.
