I met one briefly on Europa, but I didn't see who... I ran all my characters but one naked through the event; marked my own rune and used a Rune Book with charges to get in and out... the one non-naked had so many plants set up in a specific pattern in his back pack I didn't want to waste an hour sorting them into a storage box and then back out again, so I took the risk of going in fully equipped; I didn't think it was much of one at that time though as I'd not seen anyone when I went to make my own rune, or on the 2 following characters coming in nekkid. On the fifth and final one though, a red approached with what looked like 3 maybe vollems or small white drake like things just as I was rummaging in the rune book for "Recall from Charge". He didn't attack, and might even have been stopping to say hello, but the recall process started and out I went.A suggestion:
someone who's able mark a rune right by the book (I've already done this on Europa)
Someone cast gate on that rune. You should be able to go through the gate, click the book and return through it before you can be killed.
That's if there's any reds actually there. Has anyone met any yet?
As for all the complaints about people complaing about going to Felucca, I just want to say one thing... for a decade now some of you have talked about risk versus reward, without ever stopping to think of the risks of what you'll be rewarded with, for the impression you give to the wider world. Now, apparently the idea of a "Classic" shard is being debated for good, one way or another, at the current time amongst the devs; have you stopped to think that maybe this event is their way of gauging how many people want to go too, and how much appeal the older rule sets still have? So going "ha ha ha, QQ more trammie" and ganking everything that moves and generally making yourself obnoxious and driving people back to Trammel as fast as you can is just going to be shooting yourselves in your own foot. The devs, after all, already know who's stayed in Felucca. What you really need though is for events in Felucca to be well attended and described as fun, in the short term at least to make it seem like it's worth offering you something more than you currently have...
Sadly I don't think I'll be able to attend much myself where ever the final days are; I'm meeting a girl tomorrow at the bus station and we're going to start travelling the country most days for the next week and a bit, so unless it's on the "You Win That Day And Just Have To Claim" model like the houses, I can't see as I have a chance at what ever is in the vault. Good luck to everyone else though!
