For the 2D client, house customization has my status window, character paperdoll, and any opened and arranged backpacks/sub-containers within closed on entering customization mode.
I have two questions, the first question posters here might be able to dig up information on, the second is for EA/Mythic:
1. Why is it always the case that gumps and backpacks have to be closed upon entering house customization mode in 2D? I thought I saw the reason for this posted somewhere on a UO forum (maybe this one who knows) but searches don't return any information that might be the reason for this.
2. Could EA/Mythic please have the 2D client restore the gumps and backpacks which were closed when the 2D client entered customization mode? If the 2D client has the ability to restore player gumps/backpacks stored upon logout of a character, I fail to see why house customization mode cannot also do the same whenever I exit customization mode, whatever the reason.
