I need knowledge to be able to edit text from a jpeg file, I only need to edit the text and nothing else. The jpeg file is all text and nothing else but I need to be able to change some letters and numbers. Does anyone know how to do this using adobe CS3? My goal is to be able to match the existing fonts that the file already has but change a few characters of the file with the exact same font. Thank you in advance for any help you may have.

I don't know anything about adobe CS3, but if you send me the file along with the changes you want, I can see if I can match the font. I have a fairly extensive collection of fonts. I use paint.net if you want to check out that option. Its free to download and is pretty user friendly.
