I have been watching these prices. The current average for essences is 15K. I commonly see them at 20 but I get the feeling people only buy those if they have an immediate need.

I was assuming essences used for HCI, DCI, FC, FCR would be most expensive. But where do things like... Crystalline blackrock, abysmal cloth, deamon claws, fairy dust, etc fall?
stuff that drops from caverns of the discarded is where your going to see the least amount of regularity in prices. Unless you craft them, this is the only place to get them and they randomize with each other. So to get 10 of each kind would take dedication or farmer that has no other responsibilities in life. You also have to take into account the common occurance of the ratmen spawns being broken. Seeds of renewal can be gotton from plants, but the percentage there is low as well.
I have always sold essences all for the same price. One is no harder to get than another. I usually cut off some as well for buying in lots of ten. I unfortunately have not been able to do much farming lately and I know a couple different people that charge less than I do for items. What I would suggest is to post here or otherwise contact a vendor that sells ingredients and give them a special order. They might be willing to do a group deal with you that would be better than thier regular vendor pricing.

most essence is the same to get but all the one from ratmen spawns are much harder. for a tamer, you have to actively attack the middle tier while the lower tier keeps spawning. so all the ingredience from there I put to 20k each. abysmal cloth, crystal blackrock and such.

So I am gonna have to raise fairy dust prices up to 5k each.

no just that the level 1 stuff (rats and scorpians) still spawns the whole time and the level 2 stuff you have to activally attack. Then also there is the area effects of some of the spawn.
just saying you have to keep on your toes there as opposed to some of the other areas so that the rat spawns are harder to manage then the others.

As one of your Two Main consumers of Dust, Im pretty sure Sakey, and obviously Positive of myself, are not willing to spend 5k Per Dust.
If it comes to that, I will just go back to farming it like i do when sakey buys yours before i can get em.
Just letting ya know.

Thanks. I generally use my dog cause he heals me and himself quite well. I'll take the greater next time I go to skeletal.
I agrere 100 percent on the extra challenges at Caverns of Discarded. It take forEVER to kill those ratman renouned, and the regular rats are just a pain to deal with. With HP regen, thier hits are nothing. But its not unusual to get trapped by them. I usually have to lead the ratmen out of the immediate spawn area or the dog will get in trouble. This makes the process even slower.
dunno the complete definition of trolling, but that would have been my advice as well. Those of us who farm for imbuing ingredients could not possibly keep up with the need of the shard, even as small as it is. I price my stuff based on how hard it is to get ...for me. I know of at least two vendors who undercut my prices on seeds, and that great! But if ya don't like the prices, go get your own stuff. If I can farm in Abyss...anyone can. I suck at gaming.
This is actually why I charge 20K per. I have 12 mil sitting in the bank that says its marketable enough at that price to far exceed my needs....having previously only ever owning a mil when Kelmo gave it to me. I would prefer that folks only bought ingredients for immediate need cause I have no intension of devoting enough of my life to this game that it would take to meet the shards need 100 percent. If the shard were bigger, of course there would be more competition and I could actually retire from my vendoring business and live my Iantown retirement on my stashed millions. Yes, I am on a break right now from farming, but I will be back at it soon. For you guys,...not for my own sake. Neither Kelmo or I imbue.
