I'm making another ABC on a new shard, just wondering if you guys find ABC with vamp form succesful with 100 necro replacing either healing resist or tact?

Does it make it possible to survive a well timed blood oath in doom?

This is for PVM only.

I've never used this template, but I do know that Necro would never replace Tactics. If anything, Healing would be swapped out for it.

Yeah I'd read that before - was an ok thread, i like your build but you were the only person who uses a vamp archer who contributed; I was hoping to stimulate a bit more response from the lurkers

What sort of bow are you using? HLD/HML/HSL/SSI?

How effective do you find DCI on an archer, I don't really understand the mechanics of if they can defend at all with a bow - I would have presumed that 0 melee skill = 0% chance to defend, no matter what +dci modifiers you apply?

Well, i have a Vampire archer/swordsman but so far I've mostly been using swords, so i cant comment a ton on the archery aspect. And even less transferable to your build since I use Spirit Speak too.

A quick way to completely heal is Curse weapon + AI or Double Shot (depending on whether you're fighting something with more or less than 50% resist)

If your hit kills the caster, it wont reflect the damage.

Archery is the same as any weapons kill for reducing how often you get hit.
DCI is calculated separately from comparative weapon skills.

... remember to cast Corpse Skin on tough opponents.
