the event has a bug

ACC 1- char.1 and 4.......cant do the quest today

ACC 2- char.4 and 6.......cant do the quest today

ACC 3- char. 7 ...cant do the quest today


is this a known bug..and mesanna this kills the fairness of the event

Are you sure you are completing the quest on each character each day? Make sure to talk to Geoffrey at the end each time and claim your "reward".

thx for the hint, but be sure i know what i do.... every day the same routine...
at first i thought ok the 24h are not over...but as you can see on the first ACC it is the
1st and the 4th char....

Its not a fact of not knowing, things happen when have to repeat a task over and over. I forget collect my gift on one character. The system wont allow you to repeat the quest until your retrieve your gift.

Similar thing happened to me today. Certain characters on each account did not receive a new quest today, while other characters did.

Me too. Because those characters are red.
