. However, it did sell to my surprisement, but if people have the extra money around I suppose so. I believe the last one only sold for 50 mil, which was pretty close in size. I personally, would only pay 300 mil tops for either Panduras or Mars luna house being how desperate I've been for those two plots for awhile now This being la of course.
