Do rares sell on Siege?

I have several holiday gifts from the past and also a few items "of exceptional quality" like this Tunic: "A Leather Tunic of Exceptional Quality" "Exceptional" but it only has the base leather tunic resists, no GM bonus, no arms lore bonus, no material bonus.

Just trying to raise some money and clear out the bank box, didn't know if there was a market for things like this.

It depends on the rares that you have. For a collector the items you described are probably worth a little but not hugely rare. There are a few museums around, although not sure if the they are open and active.

Posting a more detailed list might spark some interest. I'd certainly take a look

I wouldn't have the first clue on pricing. So once I get the post made with everything I have I'll just put it all to bid. If it goes for 1gp it goes for 1gp.

They would be from when they first came out, I know they were blessed at one point. How do I turn them in to a soulstone? I have never heard of this.

The original versions used to be blessed and when they removed the blessing it seems they wanted to compensate the players who chose them. (Siege only). So they put up a trade-in guy, he is by Luna Bank.
