Its at the west brit crossroads in fel.
The investigator (based on the EM website for Cats) wasn't active until today.

There may be other generators, but I only found the one because it was s short walk from my keep to the crossroads.

Is this one you mention the same of the one per the Quest starting with Royal Investigator in Britain ?

If so, it is not in Ilshenar and I do not understand what is the aquarium you are talking about.

Or is it something else ? What is it then ?
