how long does it take for a pet to bond? ive had some hiryus and some lessers in stable for around 2 weeks and none of them are bonding.

7 days. You need to feed them, stable them for 7 days, take them out feed them a 2nd time, then they will bond.

i been taking them out every day to feed them,perhaps ill just leave them untouched for a week and see what happens,,,,,,,,,,,thanks for fast reply

That's usually what I do. From what I understand bringing them out shouldn't cause a problem though. The important thing is to make sure you feed them before and after. When I have problems with a pet not being bonded after 7 days (or more) it's usually because my brain skipped the rails and I forgot to feed them when I got them out of the stable.

aye like a day or two after i posted they all bonded! lol,,,dont know why it took around 2 weeks but at least they bonded! then i tried out the pet calculator thing and realized i tamed a bunch of crap!lol oh well

Maybe you unstabling them every day had something to do with it. No telling what unstabling and hunting with pets would do to bonding process. My advice, just follow the formula and it will work every time:

Feed pet, stable it. One week later, unstable and feed. Pet will bond.

I train all my tougher pets during the bonding process and they all bonded on the 7th or 8th day.

If you just use the pet I really wouldn't expect it to reset any bonding timer or interfere at all. I've had an awful lot of minor mount/pack pets all bond just fine while my chars used them.

The only thing I try not to do when I'm using a pet that hasn't bonded is the feeding. I've gotten away with it a few times, but I've also had to wait a second week for one stubborn beast to bond.
