Garg or Human/Elf?

If its Garg they may finally be trying to make Gargs attractive to players. Not 100% sure but Gargs are suppose to be getting leather wing armor, & leather talon covers. Unless they removed these. Sounds like a trip to test center is in order.

Turquoise Ring: 5 SSI
Jade Armband 5 SSI
Daimyo's helm 10 SSI - can be imbued with 1 property (I put Stamina Increase 8 on mine)
Assassin Armor 5 SSI each peace

Did I leave anything out other than weapon SSI?

It would be real easy to reach the 60 SSI cap on a Archer, a bit more adjusting for a warrior.

Then again if your wearing the jackal's collar on your char then it really doesn't matter if they are mage armour.

Yes, but they do not have mage armor. Thus kills your passive med rate.

If you don't have Med it doesn't make that much difference. They'd work quite well in PvM I believe. I'm going to have to look into getting a pair for my archer.

This was the new artie that most excited me. The only bummer for my suit is that my sampire usually uses one armor artie for DCI... And of course it is the fey leggings which uses the same slot. I guess if the RNG smiles my way (and it hasn't with Navrey this far) I will be dusting off that heart of the lion or have to put more DCI on my jewel set.

I notice they toned the cold and energy resists down, something other arties have an abundance of. Should stack well with other artifacts. Very nice

Granted most PvM warrior are not as mana dependent as PvP chars, but the med bonus benefits everyone who uses meddable armor. That's probably the most reason you do not see people running around in studded, ring, chain or plate and it has been this way since AOS.


0.0075 * Meditation Skill + 0.0025 * Int.

Wearing non med armor totally removes this and you are only left with your base and focus bonus (if any) + item bonus.

Still I like the legs, but like everything it seems these days with UO there is a downside, a cost, intended or not.

I think the point he's making is. When using a warrior for pvm you don't use mana ever. Unless you die, then you have to recast your vamp form. That's probably the only time you're gonna be waiting on your mana bar to fill up. Other than that your leeching the mana with your weapon.

For an elf warrior with 20 Int, this equates to .05. Like I said, the difference isn't all that much, not that PvM meleers are all that worried about mana regen to begin with. Mana comes from leeches, not medable armor.
