Meditation and weapons vs focus

With med you need mage armour to realise the benefit of the skill, otherwise it's gotta be focus.

What about a weapon though?
To activly med you have to drop your weapon - but how does passive med work with a non-spell channel weapon? Does the disable passive med like non-medable armour?

Ie: if i have an archer with Med, do they need spel channel weaps?

Weapon and shield don't affect passive regen in any way.

I'll agree to it. I've never noticed any difference with or without weapon and/or shield.

Also, only good way to find out respective regen rates would be to use the Meditation Calculator
