Lord Malag'Aste and Lady Severn Wed in Grand Style ~

It was a grand, elegant and stylish affair. The location reeked glamour, wealth and good taste. I arrived with only one seat available. Soon the place was overflowing with guests, so full EM Elizabella had to instruct people to keep the path for the bride and groom clear. That was a big job considering the glitter of people which included Pratt of MOA fame, Lady Silverbrook, Kid Icarus of -Y-, Gem of FCB, Jazzmin, Ale, MANDY ROSE, Galen, Lady Fey, Lord Magnus Grey, Lady Soarak, Aridas, Meleria, Lord Neptune, Lady Martyna Z'Muir, Taris Gambit, Lord DaKaren, Sosaria, Trace Adkins, Tanda, Axiana Takeamada, Raiden, LikaThad Ale, Polynikes of Yew, Savant Murkwood, Le'Ella, Temptress, Oog Blac, Rayne, java, Baen, the lovely Satura, Cyric Truesilver, Sir Basil Thorn, Zedd, DJ Scorp, Kurren, Alex, Manx, Rayek, Malyce, trey, Brain and Jazzmin to name a few. Even a gaggle of goblins showed up for the event.

One of my pet peeves at a wedding is people holding thier shields and weapons. I understand the need to be ready for battle at anytime but a wedding is the one case they should be out of sight. Aside from the shield holding few in the crowd the guests were in high style and dressed for the event. Of course none of the beautiful women or handsome men could hold a match to the glowing white draped bride in a special wedding dress which was on a timer. This was the first dress I have ever seen on a timer with a ticking life span.

A reception followed the ceremony at The Wolf's Den Tavern & Inn.
The merriment continued with food stuffs, libations, a little dancing and great conversation.

Ahh, well, don't Drow have a problem with that except in ritualistic endevours deep within the bowels of the world? Or am I thinking of some other realm (perhaps my old D+D days)? I must admit, my knowledge of Sosaria's Drow is somewhat limited. Such a secretive race. Or I've become such a shut in.

Typically normal Drow don't marry... Marriage is a "human" tradition... So the "wedding" in a sense is not common at all...

But you'd have to know the couple better to understand the relationship and the wedding.

I'm hardly there anyways. I have to stay on the move to avoid a certain Trollking's war party. Ya see, I ran into some drunken Trolls and they thought I was a baby Gargoyle, and took me to their campfire party for desert, and well, I drank too much Troll grog and I was roped into dancing with the Troll Princess and barfed on her leg hair braids, and as you know that's like a marriage proposal in Troll, and I've been on the run from a Trollish double bladed axe wedding ceremony ever since. So I'm not spending too much time in any one place lately.
