@ Restroom Cowboy - There is a house on Origin in luna on the north side its a 17x14 inside it was a neon leather dye tub for public use and it has been there for some time. From what ive heard they arent deleted on site. The one in the Origin house thats been there for 1 year in luna is good enough for me. If youd like to test the theory go on there and page on the guy. Though i dont think its considered illegal any more. Ive found nothing on UO or stratics from anyone official that it is.

Well thanks for replying, I have wanted one for a long time...but have always steered away due to not being 100% sure. I see there have been other threads though selling them...so someone must have deemed them legal.

There is also a public one in Luna on Pacific... I think they are okay as long as people dont start trying to sell regular leather dye tubs claiming it's neon... Then I'm sure a problem would arise again....
