Help with Sampire

Just got back from a break and need to fix my samipre template.

I was thinking the following:

Sword 120 (115 currently)
Parry 120
Bushido 120 (115 currently)
Tactics (115 currently)
Anatomy 120
Necro 99
Chiv 70

i know i am over cap just need some help what to do?
Also i will be using a Elf with an ornate axe.

This is true - I've spent all day hunting equations on SSI, Karma, Heal amounts, suit stats, everything and am just scratching the scratching the surface again. Soon I'll be buffing my knowledge to it's former glory.

If i can be arsed

the one transition I'm not undertsaning though is that since the evasion nerf, how are people doing peerless, and without parry too! Just balls to the wall mindless leeching instead? offence the best defence etc etc?
That's a very big change in mindset - parry used to be king, and now i'm considering ditching it @115 for Anatomy on a Sampire (with SS)?? am i mad??

In short? DCI, HLA, HLD, exceptional Swampy Barding and Vamp form.
Along with the obvious essentials.

In truth i guess this is a change effected by the nerfing of perma-evasion, and the godliness of new items.

Perma evasion gone - parry is not enabling us to avoid spells, thus being redundant. Without parry and/or evasion in it's old guise, more healing is required, seemingly in the form of leeching.

Godlike items allow the decrease in melee protection to be met by massive DCI and HLA on suits instead, replacing skill with items.

Or should i say to the fields to farm. I need lke 55million for an assasin suit. That's a lot of lesser hiryu - or i guess 1 or 2 120 mage scolls/ornis?
