I "believe" mom = Sakkarah and DEI is the guild she ran/was part of before becoming a Developer at Mythic.

I don't know what shard she called/calls home, but I would agree that this should be posted on that forum. While I have never played with her in game or had any conversation with her out of game, based on her additions to UO and general demeanor I would join if I had a character on the shard.
