Queen Dawns vessel has been taken! The Vile and Evil Gunga Din
commandeer the vessel early this morning. He has written a note to
be delivered to Queen Dawn.

Queen Dawn,

I now have possession of the Sloop Ocat Frus. Should you wish her to
come back to you in one piece then gather together 10,000,000 gold.
You may send payment by using the Skeleton Key Shipping Company.
Should you attempt to take her back by force, I will open fire on her
with cannons and blow her to pieces.

Either way, I foresee two possibilities along this line.

1. The Queen commissions a group to retrieve the vessel and the head of the pirate/bandit.

2. The Queen commissions a group to build her a new boat and retrieve the head of the pirate/bandit.
