The only thing to remember is that, to be on the safe side, less than 110 tame 115 lore and 100 vet is a bad idea. You risk loosing control of your pet (tame/lore) and you wont be able to res heal/rez it efficiently when needed (vet).
And if you plan on taming a lot of pets 120 in the 3 skills is a must for easy taming and stable slots.
keeping that in mind, there are many possibilities, remember that none of the skill levels have to be real ones, you can always go beyond the 710 cap using additional skill points in jewels or such.
You can build a classic disco/tamer
120 in all the skills you already have + 100 magery
You wont be able to do any damage with magery as you wont have eval int
but you can heal yourself and your pet, invis, recall, gate, paralyse ....
And you could add 20 or even better 25 chivalry to be able to cast remove curse (I love it !)
Obviously you have manged quite well without magery, so if you feel like going on without, you could add peacemaking 120, it helps a great deal to tame, can save your life in a fight or help your pet if he's targeted by multiple opponents (you peace the extra ones so you pet is only fighting one at time).
If you want magery and have a soulstone you can switch between peace and disco as needed. Usually peace to tame and disco to hunt.
Always without magery, you could use spellweaving, a lot of spells are useful for your pet as well and you can fight too. No additional skill needed for damage.
Those are the most usual templates with barding skills, maybe others will have more original ideas
