So I've been dealing with EA's customer service people for over a month now. When I upgraded to SA, the accounts that were also upgraded to the 9th Anniversary were no longer able to use the house tiles. Anyway, I received the following message today:
Can someone from EA PLEASE fix this issue? Thanks...
FREE I said to myself?? That's awesome. YEAAHHH... when I checked again on my accounts in the Customize House option, I am still not able to use the tiles... "You must upgrade to the latest Expansion Pack in order to place those tiles".Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.

I can really understand the frustration you are enduring at the moment for not getting a timely reply, but please know that due to high volume of contacts we were unable to provide our level best to get back to you as fast as possible. I believe you would accept my humble apologies for the same.
I am sorry for any misunderstanding but please be informed that in case if you have already upgraded your account with Stygian Abyss then you do not need to have 9th Anniversary Collection as this version would automatically embed under your account. At present, the 9th Anniversary upgrade is free of cost, your account should be subscribed for Ultima Online in order to access 9th Anniversary. It is not necessary that it would show as registered under your account.
