TC -Valentine Gifts

Has anyone figured out how to get the Valentine Gifts? Everyone on TC is screaming about this with no answers!

Since it's a 'Publish' thing, and not a patch, maybe after next server up....

Since the notes start

"Today Publish 64 will be available on Test Center 1..." I'd expect it on restart.

I've noticed a trend lately to try to keep the gifts secret till the last moment. I suspect we have a bit longer to wait for them.

I think it would be hilarious if you had to have an active character that was at least 30 days or older on TC for you to be able to get your gifts... isn't that how they usually work the holiday gifts?

Actually, I think that is how it works on TC too.

Kinda pointless to tell everyone to log in to TC to do this then when only a small percentage of players use TC. Nice to know that whoever wrote this knows so much about the game. *sigh*

my test shard char is more than 30 days old and I received no valentines day gift either.

edit: the banner that pops up when you log in also says 'the current publish on test center is pub 62.3'.
is this true or they dont update?

edit: one more sorry. just got a message on test shard about the server goin down shortly.

They don't tend to update the banner no

Lets hope the gifts will be available once the shard reboots.

TC1 is back, and stil no VDay gifts. Did notice character profile saying "Can not determine this account's age." Wasn't there a gate somewhere to age our characters?
