Ceno Cottonwood's Guide to Blocking Pesky Players.
I don't know about you, but I really hate it when people cast spells like invisibility on players who are disrupting an EM event, or any other kind of event. There is a quick and easy fix to this and will save everyone's sanity so we can actually read what the EM's are saying!
Did you know that UO has an "Ignore" feature? It's been around for YEARS! Problem is most people don't know how to use it, so I shall teach thee!
First, what you need to do is open your options from your paperdoll:
Once your options are open, click on the bottom RIGHT corner:
Next what you will want to do is Double Click where it says (new)*1
When you do that, a target curser appears and tells you to select a player*2
When you do that, a target curser appears and tells you to select a player*2
Now target the player and then you will see their name pop up above (new).
As you can see I currently have "Yourself" and "Hobo" on ignore. But you
should be warned that in doing so, you will be ignoring everyone on that
account. So any of "Yourself" or "Hobo"s other chars on their accounts
will be auto ignored.
Also, just by targeting the player will NOT put them on ignore just yet. You MUST push "APPLY"
and then "OKAY". Failure to do so will again, NOT put them on ignore.
