Went to train Alchemy on my Elven char and realized that there are "No" potions which can be made at 0...

Seeing as we cannot buy skill on siege.. this means.. We need to Either have the +5 Alchy Tali or be a Human to even train alchy..

Not the end of the world.. Just *Highly* Annoying I'd have to go Human just to train a skill.. because for some reason.. 5 is the lowest Alchy which can be successful..

Plain refrsh takes zero skill. So does nightsight and I`m sure there is more................... *edit* ahhh crap just realized ya said Elf. Never thought there`d be an issue there,guess there could be.

Ninjitsu and Bushido is a couple more that you can not train from zero,just incase its in your furture,ya may want to keep those ringsand bracelets ya find here and there.

Well... The way you Uhall folks treat Siege players I do not blame them at all.

Then the seige players need to stop trying to railroad threads to promote SP...we tire of it.

You can get alchemy talismans from doing the Heartwood Quests too, would they be any use?

Did you try making any potions at all?

As even failed attempts when below 10 skill should give you a gain.

No problem to gain from zero with an elf

Ninjitsu can be gained from zero with Fukiya darts, not sure if ninja belt and shuriken will allow gain to any of the two skills.

I was thinking that you can gain until 25 on fails for any skill on Seige. Is this true or not true?

See this is what happens when ive been awake for 28 Hours.. I read things backwards..

Aka.. Basic refresh is 0 Skill 50% Chance to make.. not 50 Skil 0% Chance.

After a good nights sleep.. I realize my stupidity

But the only way I could hassle a poster thanks to knowing their Siege character name is to play on Siege.... :dunce:

There are probably more players that share the feeling of old school UO. Its just that a lot of them have resorted to free shards.

To the best of my knowledge this is indeed true IF you have at least a 1% success rate using said skill.
