The founders of the Kijustsu Anei community held a meeting for a few
hours. To discuss a variety of subject matters. One that came up were
the dispatch orders. The following questions were asked and answered.​

Questions-
1. How can scrolls be transferred to another town to promote an alliance?
2. Who has to do it? The town leader? Emissary to the crown? anyone?
(if anyone since you cannot control all in our community if they can use it, does that reflect upon our town?)

*Bad wording on the second question but, it was meant to ask a What if scenario. Should anyone apart of any community obtain one how would it affect the town if it was used.*

Answers-
1. Scrolls are the property of the possessor. How one obtains the scrolls is of no consequence to the Crown.
2. Scrolls will only be accepted from the Township leader or their appointed ambassador to the Crown.

I would like to put a few peoples minds at ease as well about these dispatch orders. After coming back from being sick I see the rumor mill is still in full swing. I have got to keep up on my gossip... maybe we can get an RSS feed for that?

Since I possess two of them I have a few things to say. The Dispatch Orders I wouldn't just randomly use or attack anything without first working something out. I am just rather disgusted with whoever started that accusation. I would also love to thank you for flooding my icq with messages of concern and damaging my reputation. You have caused me nothing but grief and spending wasted hours on damage control. People wonder why you don't see me at EM functions. Now that its off my chest, the email sent to EM Vladimere he was talking about at the HOC was not from me. I have no desire to blow up anyone's banner. (Now whoever wrote the email I hope would inform the truth of what it was about. I do not wish to damage your RP storyline. So I will leave whatever information you want to release about it up to you.)

To be honest I would love to test out one of these things with the permission of my IC government and consent of another township. Can I attack the Queen with it? *cough* anyways.... Id like to see what these things can do. Now blowing a few limbs off of some Paladins, Virtue lovers and Queens and maybe sink a GG fleet I would not mind. *smiles* But, Wanting to destroy a part of another community is not something I would want. No matter how much we may sometimes not get along.

In character wise I would most likely team up with Niva The Savage and send an assault on the Iron Bandit Inn and attack my own community. What?...... anyways. Scroll wise I would attempt to either use them to protect our allies or use them in accordance with our towns RP. Which I believe is what they should be truly used for. So thats my blabbing for the night.
